I'll refrain from commenting on the "detailing" and finish on the body mods, but does anyone else think that the tyre in the 2nd pic looks like it may be a RETREAD !

My mind truly boggles !!!!!!! (for the benefit of the younger folk here, retreads on cars are almost always really, really bad, the truck tyre treads you see scattered all over our highways are pretty well all from retreads).
