Should i go make myself a cup of tea??
I'm really unsure. I haven't even decided whether to add milk or how many sugars.. I can't afford to screw this up, so i'd love some advice..
Cheers.
The most important thing is to let the tea steep (sit) for at least 2-3 minutes so that way all the antioxidants and other goodness can be absorbed. You only need a small amount of milk to just take the edge of the flavour. Sugar is optional but once again you are just after a sweet taste as you are drinking tea and not soft drink or cordial.
preeny is just a skim chai latte closet drinker - hes too embarassed to fess up!
I'm quite comfortable in my heterosexuality to admit to enjoying a nice chai latte on a semi-regularly basis. Nothing wrong with that at all. Very nice and tasty, especially with some cinnamon on top.
i actually think this entire thread is a waste of time, but who am i to judge, i watch television as well. tea can be good in a few ways, it has more antioxidants then coffe, it can be used in a cold remedy ie lemon and honey added with no milk or suger. personally when i dont have a cold , its 2 sugers and white, why fix it if it aint broke.

I did it as a bit of a tongue in cheek joke. You obviously missed it and i'm not explaining it (NEVER explain the joke!).
Also, people rave on about antioxidants, but free radicals actually do you a lot of good too. They aid in cell division and all kinds of funky things. Too much of anything is bad for you.
A mate of mine met Mr T when he was in Australia recently promoting Snickers. He won a comp to meet him by buying all the tickets - my mate's a true 80s tragic.
