QLD Red R32 george st, spun its wheels in carpark

Was walking to uni along george st and this Red mk5 R32 pulled into a carpark driveway in front of me. Stopped, guy got out to zap a tag, got back in, started the car again, started to go and I heard it spin its wheels (in the typical carpark chirp fashion).

Could that have been the dsg problem some people say happens from time to time?

RED R32!

The things I'd do to get one. Only six of those in Australia.
