I would've refused to service the car for ethical reasons. I think it's disgraceful that the car manufacturers sell these cars to the Police forces who then use then mainly use them for the purpose of entrapment. Apparently engaging in "hoon" behaviour is ok if you are a government employee and it will help meet quotas...
