WA Black Polo TDI black steelies

was on Thomas Street and spotted a nice Polo TDI lowered on some black steelies. had a black wheel whores sticker and a vwwatercooled one too. The guy that was driving had frizzy hair. sounded schweet.
Was in a (was my dad's of course) black Porsche... not driving obviously
