the mechanic doesnt actually own the car, he is just putting it on his highway facing property to try and sell it for the owner

he also had a older VW Van, and two MK1s of his own (one white with a MK2 headlight set up, the other a dull yellow mustard colour with smoked tails), asked him if he was part of any clubs or forums and he said not really, didnt have the time.

also spotted a black MK4 golf with number plates EB.### (i think)

EDIT: the yellow one is actually a Hill Climb Car, came first in its class last year

Spotted my first Golf wagon outside the Botanical gardens yestorday evening.
A White bare bones model,with the registration number starting with XLL.

Spotted GIB.8 in the GTI on the way back from Ballarat on Sunday, didnt realise he was on the forum and I was suffering from Paintball and Alcohol. Sorry i didnt say hi!

Also spotted 5 MK4s yesterday in Bairnsdale within 3mins, 2 silver Golfs, and 1 white 2lt bora (local) a black 4mo bora with 17s, and a dark blue bora
