Surprised I haven't seen you around! I haven't even spotted your Beemer (read a bit on e46fanatics).

GF is in Lower Tempy so I'm there almost everyday.

bbui's beast is sexy, the other one sounds like gavs? I'll make sure to put my sticker on too- the misses should get a spotting then LOL!

haha funnily enough even tho i technically live in tempy i stay most nights with the missus in Richmond lol and working all the way out in Campbellfield means almost nobody spots me haha

Haha yeh I was there about 20 defects, 7 arrests and a few assaults from police on people, 9 news was there and stuff.

I got pulled over later that night cop was telling me its illegal to cruise with a group of people and all this stuff, absolute wanker.

(I have no problem with them pulling people over and defecting cars that are illegal but I was in a 80 zone going 75 in the left lane. But they have me a really hard time telling me that I have to go home or ill be arrested and I wasn't even arguing or anything I was polite to them and did what they asked.)

Power hungry.

Yeh, I completely understand them coming but they wouldn't let me out for over and hour my car is completely legal and they went through it like crazy and couldn't find anything and started trying to question my license...

I have no problem with police presence it's just when they re being ****s like the guy that pulled me over later that night (I wasn't with the skid group at this time just driving to a mates place with my other mates...

The cops are being '****s' because of the hoons. If youre hanging out in a tuner car in the areas where theres heavy complaints, they are going to be harsh to you. Because they are sick of these meets turning into drift-fest.

To anyone who thinks going hammer and tong is fine in their car because they are a good driver with safe mods... you're kidding yourself. Just last night a 4 person occupied skyline went into a fence because they were just doing some 'spirited driving'. There were up to 80 cars dragging on the prinny last night.


I understand that some people who arent trying to do anything wrong and just want to enjoy their pride and joy and go from A to B and chat with other car enthusiasts, but unfortunately, the term car enthusiasts is just being painted with the same brush as hoons.

So if you want to get angry at someone, get angry at the ****wit drivers who give the real enthusiasts a bad name. Not the guys who are sick of going to car accidents.

That is not even close to what I was trying to say.

I was pissed off about him telling me that because I have a child I must go home. That's none of his F***ing business and has nothing to do with why he pulled me over. As a whole I appreciate the work of police and completely understand them showing their presence to try and put a stop to the racing/burnouts.

But my point is more that instead of wasting time pulling my completely legal car over, when I was obeying all the road rules, they could of gone 200 meters down the road and got one of the 50 commys doing burnouts, overloading, with unroadworthy cars...

I agree with you on that. I wasnt pointing out the 5-0 side to direct it at you, more trying to stop a thread turning into a cop bashing. There's tools in every shed.

My car is a lot more modified than yours is and I have been pulled over by cops for speeding twice and they never have searched my car because if you talk to them nicely they won't have a problem with you
