Stretching the VAG family ties a fair bit I know, but geezuz today was BENTLEY DAY...
No joke, saw so many of those land-yachts out and about today.
So boss.
it wasnt bentley day, man - you were probably just parked down near the wells street entrance of the melburnian, at coming-home time.
i used to live in the sovereign. it was fun, watching those underground parking lot gates open and seeing bentleys, ferraris, masers, rangie supercharged with overfinch wheels/ bodykits (drooooool) etc coming out from under the melburnian.

Those Overfinch Rangies are amazing. There was a bloke around the corner with one that Overfinch themselves used at the motor show a few years back. Gun racks = Best.
Yeah I was in camberwell last night, was introduced to a place called 'Bar None', damn impressive place tucked next to the train lines, check it out!

for sure, man - every time i see an overfinch kitted landie/rangie i cant help but drop what im doing and just stare.
as for 'bar none' - once my car is driveable again! haha! which should be this coming tuesday after a clutch install
White 9N3 Polo gti in Richmond yesterday with the plates GTIJNR.
Now correct me if im wrong but were those plates not on a red gti with the Polo Cup body kit???
That's exactly what i thought a while back when I saw that car last year for the first time but i think they're just abbreviated differently. The red gti one is mostly seen around springy and monash freeway heading towards the city. Seen it around a few times and every time, its an asian shick behind the wheel.
Yeah I agree Scotty. Those suuuuuped up rangies are real head turners. So BOSS!!! LOL.
Haven't been on a good drive with you for donkeys years man.[COLOR="Silver"]
yeah i know, man. i've gotta get used to driving my car again after a few weeks of driving autos, lol. it'll be good to go for a run again, although im thinking that the next one i do i'd probably take my time at a reduced pace, get to learn the clutch etc etc.
SPOTTED: well, just like ryan (Bflat) and all the bentleys he saw the other day, today must have been GTD/ skoda roomster day!
driving from fitzroy to greensborough and back again, i saw like 2-3 roomsters and around 5-6 mk6 GTD's. i NEVER see roomsters, and it's usually very very rare to see a GTD, at least for me.
also pulled into the laser wash last night to wash my mom's renault's alloys with the spray-n-rinse stuff by poor boys.... and in the next bay was a dude with a SWEET r36 sedan, looked a teensie bit lower than usual.....................
........................... vigorously scrubbing his car with the foaming brush
