Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Yesterday was weird. I usually see alot of mk5 and mk6 golfs but yesterday i saw a heap of mk1 golfs around both flemmington and heidelberg aswell as mk3 cabrios. All actually looking in quite good condition But im posting in the spotted section because in heidelberg around 7:45 i saw a sweet silver polo gti, grill, wheels etc with chief as the license plate. had a 3 in it i think

    haha wish my car looked that sweet so he would have noticed by red polo gti on the opposite side of the lights. x]

        Whose is MK5GTI. Saw it either last Friday or on the weekend, can't remember if it was in St Kilda either Friday morning or Saturday afternoon, or on the Nepean Highway on my way home drunk in the taxi on Saturday night...
        There is no Golf in my life. This is unacceptable...

                Hadn't seen a single Golf R on the road yet until today. I saw 2 around Chadstone. A black and a silver. The silver one had euro plates and looked sweet! I have a feeling these are going to be everywhere soon enough.

                  about 115 today i was behind a white four door golf R and next to it was a black lowered mk3 cab, looked really nice.

                      I see a Rising Blue Golf R everyday which is parked in my building. Can't wait for mine to arrive!

                      Saw a chick driving a Candy White one with roof racks around Southbank area a couple of weeks ago.....

                                Hi squirrel. Haven't been in St.Kilda of late so you might have spotted me on Nepean Highway. Given your condition, how many of me did you see? Two perhaps.
