Are those aftermarket headlight housings? Or is it a tint? If its a tint, would that impact on the distance the beams can go at night?

Spotted Black Mk4 R32 with an intercooler hiding behind the front grill parked on Port Hacking Rd near the five-ways in Miranda yesterday.

Then spotted another Black Mk4 R32 parked near Fairfield RSL today.
