Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

      On the way to work this morning on Liverpool Rd, Ashfield.

      Saw aftermath of a accident with a car or 4x4 on it's roof.

      When detouring into another road, noticed that a very nice Blue R36 was also involved in this accident.

      R36 looked bad, but not as bad as the car or 4x4 on it's roof...

      Hope no one was hurt....

          A black R36 at Fowles auctions in Moorebank, with about 60k on the clock. I didn't stick around long enough to see what it went for but needless to say I couldn't fit in the driver's seat. I'm assuming the side bolsters are adjustable...?

                    Spotted in Chatswood Chase car park... A white Mk VI GTI had parked behind my car making a nice pair I must say... Two babies only two and three weeks old respectively...

                      It was a nice day for car spotting as I saw this most beautiful machine earlier on in the same car park...




                      Audi R8...About six times the price of my GTI!! It was absolutely beautiful and I'm sorry I only had my iPhone for pix..

                          Today in queenscliff on the northern beaches wile i was working 2 vr6's, a black one in front with wheels followed by a green one with a rusted bonnet, both had pod filters could hear the roar from km away!

                                Yay got spotted. I was hoping we would. But sorry to dissapoont, both of us have stock filters with cut airboxes, and restructure removed
