Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

      Met Dainese today while I was at CCP....he has a pretty car. Also saw a stock white VR6 with yellow number plates driving West on Viccy rd at about 6pm tonight, around gladesville area. I was in a black mk3 and tried to make eye contact but you weren't looking around lol.

            theres a genuine e30 m3 down in brookvale area that i used to see all the time when i was working there too ..

            nicest 2 ive seen was one day back on vict rd, one sounded like a monster with full cage setup and other was stock and clean followed by a nice alpina too! (must of been a bmw day or something .. bu this is a while ago now)

              anyone ever seen the beemr man?

              theres a dude that i've seen driving at LEAST 6 different classic bmw's - 5 of them i've seen were e30 m3's, and i saw him in a 5 series once too (e28 m5??? i think)

              anyway its always the same dude.

                        haha you couldnt have looked too hard then! It hasnt been washed for a loooooong time! The poor polo is last on the pecking order when it comes to washing!
