ive already got an Ebay shop that does Jet kits, i just wanna drive out to a place and pick them up same day though!

They're a Distributor, give them a call and find out who their Melbourne retailer is.

Some of the speed shops might be able to help out too. Try some where like Meridian Motorsport, if they don't have 'em, they'll know who does.

You might also try a Dyno place, they need to get jets from somewhere.

There used to be a Ford 4 Cylinder perforance garage in Dandenong that would stock this sort of stuff. "FourPlusPerformance"?
