Can anyone help swap out an Engine Mount?

I have a VW golf GTI mk5 and needs a new lower engine mount where the torque link arm is. I have the part but just wondering if someone could help me. I dont have a garage or anything. I will obviously pay for your time with beer tokens or whatever

Was looking to do it on Saturday.
