Automotive Hospital - Haberfield

Hi guys,

I have a MY10 Passat which is long overdue for service .

I've noticed a service centre along Parramatta Rd in Haberfield called Automobile Hospital which apparantly specializes in Euro cars. I've searched and haven't seen these guys mentioned anywhere in the forum (let me know if I'm wrong) so I thought I'd put it out there.

Just wondering if anyone out there have had some experience with these guys and if so, are they reasonably priced and can anyone comment on their service.

Cant help you but would advise anyone getting their car serviced to demand to see the oil they will put in it and make sure it is a VW approved oil. DONT let it slide as if services are not up to date and you have problems VW wont be very cooperative.

I got caught and wont again.

Was promised they use approved oil and after service found out it wasnt. Not even the correct viscosity.

Dont know about anyone else, I highly recommend Automotive Hospital. I have used them with my previous vehicle & still use them. I have just booked my Golf R in for its 15k service. I am really sensitive when comes to the type oil that gets used in my car, I know that they use Liqui Moly oil & I have seen the approvals in their office. BTW they priced me $320 for this service..
