Our Golf needs a coolant leak fixed and the Octavia is due for a service early next year and found an ad for Volkstech in the local paper. They are just up the road so will be very convenient but a search cannot find any mention of them so was oping someone has any feedback after going there?

Had the 30k service today at Volkstech and I am very happy with the service. Was a lot cheaper at $395 than what was quoted at dealers and it included brake fluid and pollen filter change. Car was washed and vacumed ,workshop was clean, waiting room clean with A/C. Just had my 60,000km major done @ Volkstech.
Is very reasonably priced.
Very thorough service, car washed and vacuumed and very friendly.
Rob is very helpful and seems a genuine bloke.Comment

Personally i will never go back there. When my car was owned by it's previous owner it was serviced by Volkstech and i took it back there for some work to get done and was disappointed.
They were helpful but not enough experience in my opinion.Comment

Before i purchased the car i had them have a look at it and some parts in particular. Out of the many i asked them to check, a few were not checked correctly.
One thing i asked them to check ended up being and issue so i took it back to them to fix, after spending close to $800, the problem was still there.
Rob was great to deal with and very helpful but due to the mishaps with checking and repairing, i feel more comfortable going elsewhere.Comment

I've had a bad servicing experience, not convinced things that should of been done were actually done. My new spark plugs apparently turned black on the 10 min drive home.Comment

Yes it is a bit cheaper than stealers. However, I am disappointed with Rob who treats customers as if they do not know what a bolt or screw is, and he finally screwed the car with his limited experience. Moreover, when you disagree with him, he is very arrogant. Never ever go back there.Comment

Have seen a few people dissapointed with Volkstech.
Go and see Volkscare in Borinia or Volkwerke in Greensy.Comment
