You might as well throw yourself in front of the cars in Woodville road rather than try to get the right parts at a reasonable price at ASV... They couldn't tell a euro from their backside either.

About the only thing they're good for is dodgy blue slips, as long as you pay them first...

Your much better off going to Camden GTI, or Riverside spares up in Chipping Norton, actually just Camden lol...

Following making a phone call enquiring about a water pump on my VR6 from one of their customer service agents which after asking them to confirm the price it was $95. I went the day after with the part number and the order under my name asking for the pump. The bald guy at the counter then began interrogating me and complaining about how little that was, and that I was lying and that he couldn't possibly ever sell a water pump at that price because he wasn't making any money on it blah blah etc...

He told me to wait and then he called up the customer service agent who made the quote and the abused him for a further 20 minutes, I eventually got the water pump for $95 almost 40 minutes later, and it also had a metal impeller no less which was nice. But it just goes to show how completely and utterly ****ing useless those people are and I honestly cannot wait till the place utterly falls apart.

There is a reason why they've started looking into jap cars and had begun to re-sell auction repo's in front of their premises.

I honestly think they should just stick to selling auction cars and detailing.

ALTHOUGH, they do a fabulous dodgy blue slip where they don't even look at the car just be sure to pay them up front with a crisp $50 and they won't check anything else but the VIN and the number plates.
