The guys at Chatswood Classic Cars in Artarmon seem like a good bunch. They were helpful with me when I had problems getting a replacement window for my Tiguan when it was smashed, and actually seemed to give a damn.

As for which ones to give a miss, you might want to give the dealer in Five Dock a miss... given they recently had a Toureg taken according to this thread: http://www.vwwatercooled.org.au/newf...ad.php?t=33303
It may have been a one-off, but I've also had some work done on my old Bora by them and walked away feeling like I should have taken a tube of Ansel Lube in with me when it came time to pay.
