Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    working from home vw experienced

    i have decided to start working from home for a fraction of what the dealers charge ,using quality original parts from vw and hanvic south yarra mainly services.
    15,000 right through to 150,00 ,brakes ,common repair, assesment of overall condition measurements on tyres ,brakes ,suspension condition.
    I have all special tools required to do so , i have the facilities and 1 year vw service experience pretty much the same service for a fraction $80 an hour

          I can vouch for William's work.

          He came around today and removed for me what I thought was the un-removable for a couple of days - liquid nailed oil filter.

          Called to let me know when he was coming, got the job done very quickly ; he was friendly and was happy to advise of things that may become an issue.
