Best non-dealer service for Golf in Sydney

My local dealer quoted $395 (with possibility of 20% off during promotion) for a 12 month/10,000 GTI service.

I expect dealers to charge more than third parties but this seems excessive given it is essentially an oil change and filter.

Can anyone recommend a good mechanic in Sydney to service VWs under warranty?

Somewhere between Five Dock and Chatswood would be ideal.

look in the recomended repairers section. There are several Sydney folk in there.
I recall theres a qualified/experienced guy in five Dock (Steve Natoli ???) that does weekend/after hours work and a workshop close to Chatswood ClassicCars.

Possibly this bunch?
