Hi Folks,
Ive been in around the wine industry for the last 15 years one of my favourite topics is fortified wines in particular having a little barrel at home.
Ive found it hard to find info online about them etc so ive started a little passion site about aging fortified wines at home to share and pass on knowledge.
Basically I would love some feedback if any one has time about topics they and questions that would like to see answered
