Currently the owner of a mark 6 R, when is the mark 8 due for release? Any information? also i read somewhere next year a new version of the Mark & R, is that correct?

MK7 is getting a facelift, kind of MK7 Series 2 going on sale soon in Europe soon. AutoBild.de were quoting possible power increases for R but no confirmations. It will get the Virtual Display and 9.2" screen with hand gesture recognition. Let's see what Oz gets from that technology.
