Hi, I want to transfer my custom plates to my brother, but i have had them since 1991 so they fall under the Vicroads " old style contract".
Vicroads says i have to pay a transfer fee unless i convert to a new contract (then its free). Issue is that they wont tell me why they need me to change contracts. I assume i have some benefit under the old style contract as they are bribing me to cancel it.
Any idea what is going on here ???
