Hi Guys and Gals,
I've kept myself mostly to the MK1 forums, But thought I'd spread the word in here...
This year in May I am doing the Sh*tbox Rally with my father in a MK1 Diesel Golf
Canberra to Townsville via the Birdsville track... yeh, you read that right!
3600ks up & we plan to bring her home too!
I'm a Nissan fan at heart, & as part of our fundraising for Cancer Council my dad has done an oil painting of the Winfield GT-R Skyline at Mt Panorama to raffle off over the coming weeks. It is soon heading off to Gibson Motorsport in Melbourne to be signed by the likes of Fred Gibson, Jim Richards and other era & 'Godzilla' specific greats. After that it will be archivally framed ready for pride of place.
Tickets are $5 each, and limited to 600 - 100 have already gone in the first few hours of the raffle being open.
I know not everyone is a Nissan fan, but perhaps you know someone who is...
