Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Can anyone tell me what wheels these are? I have Searched Searched and Searched on Google and can't find anything.

The look like BBS but have porsche centrecaps and are convex.
Might be BBS GT's or replica's.
They are a 5 bolt pattern wheel so it's hard to tell.

They are unlikely to be Porsche as most are 130 PCD

I thought they were eta beta krones but they look slightly different. They could have pcd adapters.

          I agree.
But the bolt pattern on the wheels is a 5 x XXX pattern so they aren't standard sized wheels for the Mk4 platform.
And it does have porsche centrecaps so i would hazard a guess at BBS GT Reps.

Dylan, you sure? I thought the E28 was a motorsport-only, centrelock wheel?

I think the ones pictured were 996 Porsche..

This guy calls them "cargraphic" on his 993.

Popular on 90s era porsches (964 and 993, 130mm bcd)

BBS LM are another option but they are flatter

You'll probably have more luck finding Work VSXX or Brombacher at more reasonable prices than the BBS go for
