I've got rFactor at home but never got into it. Always preferred titles such as GTL, GTR2, Race 07, Project CARS, Gran Turismo, etc
rFactor is quite an old title (~2005) so any decent/modern PC should able to run it, and you can get yourself a Logitech G25/G27 for around $150-300 depending on if new or second hand on eBay.
