Any information on Warranty Repair services at Rockdale VW?

Hi,

Does anyone have experience with warranty repairs at Rockdale VW on the Corner of Princes Highway and Subway Road
Rockdale, NSW, 2216 P: (02) 9599 4000? Can anyone vouch for them, or recommend that I avoid them?

I called them up and they told me they've only started operating in January 2013, with 4 technicians (1 Head Technician, 3 apprentices).

I've been told by others on this excellent forum that generally, the less mechanics there are, the more accountable they will be and hence should do a better job. But then I'm slightly concerned that there's only 1 qualified technician.

The other VW dealers I'm looking at are Chatswood Classic in Artarmon and Denlo Group in Rusehill. They say they have more mechanics (20-25 for Artarmon and 10-20 for Denlo).

I'd really appreciate any feedback.

VW Rockdale honor recall issues well

Just saw your post. Have had two recall services done at VW at Rockdale and both times they were really great. Paul there has been very helpful and sorted out the transmission recall and engine issue. We now take our car there for regular servicing. Can recommend.
