Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • Moving away...

    Hi Community,

its been a wonderful 7+ years thats I've owned the Bora 4mo, but now I am moving to new pastures in the form of a Ford Focus ST...

I've made many great friends along the way and I'll stay an active visitor to the forum, also hoping to still tag along at the meets and drive days. Also, Rob (MANAZ) and I are still happy to continue to offer ECS trading and sales opps as required, so feel free to PM either of us along the way.

Yes, I did consider the Mk6 and soon to follow Mk7 GTI options but I found the ST as the suitable replacement and smile inducing ride. Catching you round!

    Cheers,
    Dave

Mitch, I did insist on keeping the drive german...

Dylan, the Bora will be sorely missed, but the ST does put a huge smile on the dial
