Stolen Car

Hi guys, just posting this up for a friend.

His Porsche Cayenne Turbo got stolen tonight from the Park Ridge area in QLD. Gun-metal grey in colour, license plate XOX08.

If anyone see's it can they call the cops and/or me on: 0478-130-133

Most likely with the keys, especially if stolen from a home during the night. Plenty of reported cases where thieves break in, find the keys and drive away with the car.

The Turbo also has keyless entry as standard, and you can start the car and then drive away from the keys and whilst it complains wildly that the key can't be found, the car drives as normal. If the keys were anywhere near the car (perhaps in a key cupboard near the vehicle) it might have been possible to start the car without even needing to steal the keys.

In any case, I hope your friend gets a good outcome either from recovery or insurance.

Yeah thieves broke into his house and took the keys, as jamesatfish said.

He's got insurance, but ofcourse he would prefer to find the car if possible.

Damn that sucks, nice car too. Do you know if it is the new shape Cayenne or the older shape Cayenne? It would be easier to spot if I knew
