Was up at Bracken Ridge at lunchtime, and was only 34.5 outside (once I'd gotten moving)
Obviously the MkVI is that much hotter than the MkV

One of my friends parked out in the sun and the temp read-out was 45.5C! :O

Had to drive back from the Sunshine coast yesterday when it was at its hottest, not a lot of fun when your car doesn't have AC, especially when you reach Brisbane and have to stop moving and sit in traffic!sigpicComment

RACQ were warning yesterday that black cars could expect cabin temp's of up to 75 degrees if they were parked in direct sunlight.Comment

am sooo glad to get rid of the old audi without aircon just days before the temps started to climb!
Most i ever saw in my previous GTI was 38.5 in Strathpine one early afternoon a couple of years ago now.2016 MY17 Polo GTI with DA package. TMD fitted + Weather strip and Snow Screen removed otherwise dead standard.
