Magically scratch paint pen

I guys,

Wondering if anyone has actually used one of these 'fix it pro' pens. See link below. For $4 I don't see it to be to bad of an investment, unless it as adverse effects on paintwork

I have a couple stone chips and light scratches I wouldn't mind removed.

Not even going to bother looking at this, as I think it is what I saw once before, and notice that really it is trick filming, and the pen is actually drawing the line on the vehicle, and the video image reversed, amazing what they will fool people with...
Here is the advert that typically shows this so-called amazing pen, and see how in reverse you can see it is really painting on a white line, i.e. just a trick to part fools with their cash: Smartpen reverse "scratch remover" - YouTube

Of course, it will put a very minor clear coat on very minor clear coat scratches, but those adverts make out like it is filling giant white lines (it is actually creating those lines with a trick pen of course).

edit2: I guess this one isn't like those sensational 30min tv advert like ones that really falsify what it can do: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdcBE...eature=related looks ok for light scratches (again though, they may have in this case put a fine white line on the car first with some kind of marker, and then the pen simply rubs off the marker, but certainly not like the first vid that I linked here, which is clearly showing the TV commercial BS tactics.
