Hey all,
Looking at a 2008 mk5 R32 and as mentioned, FSH carried out at Online Performance in Hoxton Park (Sydney). I've been in the VAG family for a year and never heard of these people. The car is now at 64,000km and had the 60k service carried out there too (will check books when I inspect but guy said last service was close to 2 grand), so I'm assuming the Haldex oil and filter was changed. What else is carried out on a major service?
Anyway, my question is, pending my inspection (and also a Pre Purchase Inspection), do you guys think that this car would be okay considering its FSH by a non-vag specialist (as far as I know - google tells me they are known in the JDM scene)? I think it is sitting a very good price ($30k).
