So I've had a few orders with ecstuning before, never with my own CC however. I moved house not long ago to a rural property and my only shipping address is a PO BOX.
On monday night I put in an order on my own CC and being the first time ordering they state they can only ship to the billing address to get an order history. (keeping in mind that I have ordered through my account before on my fathers CC) So I thought well why not put the order through and put down a seperate shipping address and if they need, we can work it out over email (as I was leaving in the morning for Byron Bay).

I have ordered before using my fathers credit card. The reason I have used a different shipping address is that I get everything sent to my Uncle's house about 30 minutes away. I live on a rural property and there is no postal service, only PO Boxes. Is there anyway we can work around this?

I apologize, however we need to establish an order history with you, which requires the order be sent to the billing address. Thank you.

If I change my billing address to the shipping address can you ship it then?
I have changed my address with my credit card to the shipping address so that shouldn't be an issue.

Okay, I have updated my account details, with both my billing and shipping address as 40 street name, suburb, State 2909. I have also updated my credit card address so that it lines up. Will that work?

I'm clearly not understanding what you're wanting me to do then. You say I have to ship to my billing address on the first order, even though it is a PO BOX and USPS states that it will not send packages to PO BOX. Secondly I am away from home so if the package was sent now I wouldn't be able to pick it up and they would probably return to sender.
So I change my address with my bank to my Uncles address and update my contact details in the ecs tuning account so that things line up, and still your saying that the order must ship to the billing address?
I just can't wrap my head around the fact that you cant simply change the shipping address on my package to 40 streetname, suburb, ACT 2909. Considering I have changed my billing address to reflect this.
Please either send my package to the address I need it to go to, or cancel my order. Everyday spent communicating with you is a day lost and an extra day my car is off the road. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. It's not as if I live in Nigeria and am asking you to send the package before receiving funds. Just a simple change of address.

He says that he can only ship to the billing address which is a PO BOX. So logically thinking I go to my bank, and change my address there to my Uncles house, and update my ecstuning account details to reflect this. But no it seems he has carved my invoice into marble and it can not be changed.
Someone tell me I'm not an idiot? I wasnt ordering a measly door moulding clip that costs 40c. I was spending $310.
