Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • Photography section in general section?

    Just a thought...

This forum has always encouraged photos of user's rides and other photo threads such as the inspiration thread, but never anything technical on photography itself or a place where people could ask questions and make suggestions in reply.

    Any thoughts? ...

I like the idea. For all of those people who use an iPad, check out an app called Snapseed... It's great for playing with photos, and costs about $5.99.

Some of my photos I have played with...

Probably join a photography forum where there's a wider selection of knowledgable photographers. On here you'll get the same people answering and knowledge would be good but a bit more limited.

If you want technical advice and experienced critique try The Australian Photography Forum. In the couple of years I've been a member it has helped me immensely.
