If you need to ask what places to get, you probably shouldn't get them. The only state worth getting personalised plats in is the NT, and they are a $150 one off payment. If you are going to blow $2500 on plates, why no do it on something worthwhile that will make your car go/look better like an exhaust/tune/inter cooler/wheels... But don't start a thread asking what wheels you should get...

And yes, I have had personalised plates, in the NT... They were BLOWNVW...

actually, if you read the thread, i was looking at black and silver and it was the same price $415 to keep my current 'standard' combination or the same $415 to choose something with 3x2, 2x3 or 3x3 combo. didn't pay $2500 so don't facepalm until you read the full story??? plus, if you read the thread, i settled on one already... for the same $415 as what it would cost just to change the colour of my current plates...

We once we given a substitute school bus that we could get into the panel above the rear seat and change the destination to exactly that above. It took the bus company a few days to figure it out. After a few weeks of doing that, they made that crappy bus our permanent one and rivetted the panel shut and took out the stop request buttons.

I am after NSW Euro plates. Love the look of the Euro Classic but must start with an N, but I can spell out my surname using the standard AA 99 AA pattern on the Euro Icon.

Choosing between content vs design. Would you go for the nice Euro Classic look or my surname on a Euro Icon? Can't decide...
