That was a horrific end to a very simple off.

        I am quite upset.

Likewise, been a sad week for motorsport. Biker, well ex biker myself know what an off is like and it did seem simple but its never good when the helmet is off. Very sad and upset.
          RIP Simocelli

Its never good to see any Motorsports accidents end in death, let alone 2 in as many weeks!!

Wont be surprised if Rossi considers retirement at the end of the year!!

RIP Marco, there will be a nation of millions mourning your loss

So much potential, so exciting to watch such raw talent, so unconventional, one who wrung 110% out of every ride - the star of the season for my money.....such a tragic waste.

As an old bike racer, truly. so very sad..............

So sad to lose a great up and coming rider not to mention a character of the pack. I couldn't believe what had happened as I was watching the race. After such a great race at Phillip island, i was hoping for more to come in Sepang, Spain and the 2012 season for Simoncelli.
It really is a tough pill to swallow if u are a fan of gp and bikes in general.

                      U will be sorely missed!

I just saw the crash played on a news clip in an ad break. I think that is very distasteful by Channel 9.
