Yeah I also just had a car sent from Sydney to Brisbane with ceva, was about $420 and they told me it could be 4 days, but it only took one business day in the end. I was happy with their service.
And yeah, no engineering required or anything, I've been looking into it as there's a very high chance I soon will be doing the conversion
Here in QLD I think you need to have a mechanic sign off a form thing kind of like a safety certificate saying all the running gear ect actually has been swapped over to vr6 spec as well, and then they just change the numbers. You shouldn't have to worry about any of it at all if its already been done I would assume.
