Yeah, but VW Convert and Blitzen welcome gutless wonders like each other who, emboldened by anonymity, display their foul mouths, intemperate attitudes and low levels of literacy and decency while making unsubstantiated allegations without backing them up with a single example.

You are an example of the small and overly vocal minority in this forum whose members go out of their way to be nasty and vindictive whenever they feel threatened by someone who is able to put their viewpoint clearly and without resorting to inhospitable comments, insults and abuse.

Blitzen said this thread holds no interest for him - so why is he here and why is he commenting?

Not interested in a mildly intellectual discussion in the General Discussion Forum, then "piss off", as Blitzen would say, and leave those who would like to have this discussion alone and don't ruin it for everyone else who might be interested.

There are Rules in this forum about not making off topic comments or abusive remarks to other members.

You're right, there are rules on this forum. You're walking a very fine line with testing peoples patience, including mine.
I have no idea why you seeked out the Monty Hall Dilemma thread, or why you chose to start this thread, but if you had looked at the last post you would have seen why the thread was closed and who it was closed by... a Super Moderator. If you had issue with why it was closed, and familiarised yourself with the rules which you are attempting to quote, you would know that you should not expressly disobey a moderator. If you don't agree with it, you PM them, and if you have an issue with them, PM someone higher up.

I'm closing this thread too. If you have an issue, well, follow those rules.
