Tdi "stalling"

Hej everyone
Anyone had this problem which is under investigation by a US Government aithority? Apparently 2009 and 2010
TDI's are subjet to more than a fair amount of stalling ; including whilst driving at highway speeds with no immediate restarts and associated with low pump pressure and pump contamination.
