thats a tricky one. rules are that slower classes have to give way to quicker ones, but the pug is in the same class, just 4 laps down.

but in a 24 hour endurance race, being 4 laps behind isnt an issue like in F1. Even if they were on the same lap, the moves pulled by Gene were questionable particularly after the major wrecks that somehow the drivers of the other Audis survived. After that incident Radio Le Mans sent their reporter down to ask the head of Peugeot Motorsport why did their driver move across two lanes of the road to run the Audi off into the grass. Its just no cricket old boy.
