Yes the GTI is going on a big road trip later in the year. Pretty much have the plan sussed except exactly where to head from the Monday till Thursday.
Pretty much out for a fun driving holiday but have done the scare yourself s&*tless round Tassie in a modded STi so I stress fun not suicidal or car killing. Intend to go home with a licence and a car!!!
Also want a few suggestions of interesting waypoints to break the trip up as getting to Bathurst and home from Phillip Island is 6 full days in the car. Probably put a limit on 6 hours driving a day with the rest for stop offs.
Anyway all suggestions will be welcome. The Mrs may or may not fly over for the trip down so a few other half acceptable suggestions would be welcome as a back up plan.
