Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Xbox Kinect

    Went out today and got the kids the Xbox Kinect, so I decided to join in and damn, was I quick to find out how unfit I am. Probably need to get a push bike and do less driving. Anyone else had a go with the Kinect?

    Had a go at the trial day.
    Didn't like it, the games feel really poor quality and the lack of real control is frustrating.

    Also my lounge room is not big enough to warrant it.

    Could be useful in the next generation evolution.
