Postage Interstate

I'm having trouble finding someone that does it for normal prices. Every time i buy something from interstate the postage isn't so bad. I remember paying like $70 to get a 2m exhaust posted from WA! The closest i could find was $280 and thats from Melb to Sydney. I sent bumpers to Japan for less than that.
I get stuff from Matt all the time and postage is like $20, when i try and send the same thing its three times that.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm looking for depot-to-door or door-to-door.

Transdirect, VicFast are other names that spring to mind.
Only major thing I've posted was a bolt-in 4 piece roll bar from Geelong to Sydney and price was $100ish.
