Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

i havent hit anything that big before, but i've done some 50 footers, and at my peak [a while ago, in japan, doing 100+ days on snow a year] i was at a point where i could be mid-spin, 5 meters off the ground, slightly off axis and knowing im going to crash...... and i'd be completely comfortable, knowing i wasnt going to get hurt.
these guys are also real lucky, because they get big jumps built for them, with super long smooth run ins, nice gradual jumps, and practically untouched [because not many people can hit them] landings. that jump would probably be called a 90+ footer, and to clear the gap [and not get ****ed up on the flat] he probably would have had to hit it at about 85/90 km/h, i'd say.
