Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

I don't do anything that everyone else doesn't do.
Other people "blab on about" their cars. So do I.
Other people share their thoughts, ideas, opinions. So do I.
I do NOT provoke people. People disagree with me which they're entitled to do. Can't help what people think - if they think it's provocation, that's not my problem. It's certainly not intended to be.
And a lot of people agree with me a lot of the time - cracks me up when I get quite a few PMs from people saying they love my "tell it like I think it" mentality. I don't wear rose coloured glasses and I'm certainly not a sheep!
But let's not get too far OT.
How about this?
Using plastic coated lycra fabric it can change shape without changing any "panels". The headlights have eyelids that work in almost exactly the same way as real eyelids. There's a video of it somewhere. I love it. It was one of the first concepts to make me go "PHWOAR" when I first saw it. A shame it hasn't really been developed any further yet.
