Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

    • The style reminds me of Zero Choppers (though of course those BMWs came out long before the Japs started modifying their bikes looking like them). But still, they look awesome.

      Past: Mk3 Golf 2L 8V, Audi 8L A3T.
      Present: Mk3 Golf variant.

Very pedantic, patient & nice style I reckon. Its hard to be different these days.

Very dedicated to americana & the 40-50's period too.

                      Yeah its a Fiat.

My dad had a 125s & 131 wagon before I was born! He loved the 125s too! Said it went pretty bloody nicely for there day

The old saying for Fiat is

                      Fix
                      It
                      Again
                      Tony

I've got a soft spot for the 131 Arbaths. No SFA about them, except they were pretty good rally cars & can also remember playing around with one of dads model cars which looked identical to this

                                very nice car.

our family loves Fiats. I don't know why people dont like them. They were pretty expensive when they were new. and remember, this car had twin webers in 1971!!

a car to keep for the rest of my life!!!
