The US has lemon laws, so no idea why they're in that situtation.
I don't like people like this. One car does not mean the entire brand is a lemon (which is what most try to say, and the media when they come across stories like this).
I had a Subaru that could almost be called a lemon. It's turned me off Subarus but not enough to a) never buy another and b) not recommend them.
