Here is the item I'm looking to get, a quality design catch can that I think is good for Petrol engines. If you have a Deisel, its better than not having one, but I'd be contemplating something of a higher spec (also higher cost).

I've actually been saving to bring in an exhaust system and a few other parts from 42DD, and was going to pay the costs to ship and import tax anyway, so now is your chance to get smaller 42DD stuff at pretty much the US cost, or for a small portion of shared shipping if you want bigger items like an exhaust. If you just want bushings, cans or small parts, well you wouldn't be up for any of the shipping. Now there's a deal!! I'm interested in a Downpipe for a MKV, ceramic coated resonated with a cat. but at best it'd be late nov as I'm going on holidays soon.

There's no set time, but I'd be planning on early October. If you guys can just list up what you want, and we can work out what it will cost and you can decide if ou want to be a part. Things like bushings, which won't add anything really to the postage etc would just be the converted cost. Things like pipes would add a bit, and there would be a small amount for postage. List it up if you're serious and we can take it from there.

Hmm the catch can wont fit our models anyway.

"This kit is not compatible with European models that have a charcoal canister in front of the engine mount. Alternate mounting is required."

What are you looking at? The stealth catch can is generic, it's just a can. Ate you looking at the elite kit? Think that one has a mounting option for the tsi engine. The can is mounted where you have space, in the Polo, there is not much of it.

Just got an e-mail response back from 42DD and they are already looking into a mount for the euro version. But yeah as pointed out, the value for money stealth can is just that. Like the Provent, you have to sort out a mount yourself, but hardwares have pipe brackets in plastic and metal in various diameters, so it's a piece of cake.

Space on the other hand.....

Whatever works for payment is fine. All I need from interested people is a PM of your details, where it needs to go, phonenumber etc, and we can take it from there. I'll finalise this group buy Wednesday next week, get a firm final price, let everyone know what their total cost is, confirm you're still happy, take a deposit, then order it all. I'd need it all finalised within my 55 day interest free period.

I've had a few questions on the exhausts, I've not seen one so I can't really comment, but the work looks superb, and the magnaflow muffs they use are amongst the most popular in the yankie aftermarket industry, especially amongst V8's and diesels, so I'm confident they are as good as they come. There are a lot of options on the pipes, such as downswept ends / different tips, so check it out on their site by going into the order section, there's a LOT more than just those pictured.

Given how good the Aussie dollar is right now, it's a good time to be buying!
