Does anyone have a copy of or remember the original Speed Infringement Notices?
When they first came out (2001ish?) they use to have the rules of where speed cameras could and couldn't be located. For eg. could be in spots known for accidents, could not be on hills...
I'm wondering if these rules still exist since they don't provide them with the Infringement notice; or if they just choose not to follow them anymore in order to save more lives... cough, cough (raise revenue).
