Been waiting a bit over 2 weeks for mine. Anyone else having issues or delays getting their tax return?

yes - there are huge delaysat the ATO's end. have been delayed since mid April.

I found mine out and but i don't want it, so haven't sent it off yet haha.
Lets just say its fairly big... in the red...

Doesn't it normally take a while for them to come through anyway?

i typically wait 8 months to do my tax return, cos i always end up having to pay more tax due to stupid HECS...

i submitted mine online on 14/07/2010 via e-tax, and still havent heard anything... called the info line last night and a automated message service told me that it may take up till 14/08/2010, and to not call back untill then...

theres obviously some delays, i got mine back within a week when submitted the same time last year...

looks like its the waiting game...
